Ndaa Resources, in partnership with the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in South Africa, is spearheading the Boegoebaai Gateway Project — a R13.8 billion Public-Private Partnership to develop a world-class export port and trade corridor in the Northern Cape. The project will support the export of green ammonia and critical minerals, the import of strategic fuels, and unlock significant regional economic development.

This investment campaign seeks R4.14 billion in equity to kickstart Phase 1 infrastructure, including a Single Point Mooring (SPM) terminal, dry bulk terminals, and a green energy hub, all aligned with the Boegoebaai SEZ vision.
